Profile:
We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales channels and e-commerce operations. You will oversee pricing, marketplace performance, digital discoverability, team performance and automation, with clear accountability for revenue, margin and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, comfortable leading a team, and constantly looking for smarter ways to scale e-commerce operations through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive e-commerce performance across our webstore, Carousell, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online channels.
• Set and optimise selling prices using competitor analysis, market trends, inventory levels and demand forecasting to remain competitive while protecting margins.
• Drive online discoverability across SEO, GEO/AI search, marketplace search rankings, Google Maps and local search to increase traffic and sales.
• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, content, pricing, campaigns, inventory visibility and channel performance.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers and platform partners to maximise campaigns, programmes, new features and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 across pricing, listings, inventory, Carousell, campaigns, SEO, retention and AI operations.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to streamline workflows, improve productivity and scale operations efficiently.
• Support regional expansion by adapting e-commerce channels, pricing and listings for new markets.
• Manage e-commerce tools and budgets, ensuring resources and spend deliver measurable returns.
• Deliver agreed revenue, margin and growth targets, with clear reporting on performance, opportunities and risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail or marketplace operations, with team leadership exposure.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience in pricing, competitor analysis, inventory or demand forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with major marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop; experience with Carousell and Shopify/WooCommerce is advantageous.
• Good understanding of SEO and marketplace search optimisation; exposure to GEO/AI search and local SEO is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead, organise and develop a team, including remote team members.
• Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Commercially minded and comfortable managing tools, budgets and ROI.
• Adaptable, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with regional growth opportunities.
