End-to End Test Strategy

Translating requirements into test plans, defining suites (functional, regression, safety), and running test across SiL/HiL/live environment.

Root-cause Analysis & Debugging

Investigating failures via logs /telemetry, performing RCA across perception /navigation /integration, and supporting field teams.

Job Description

• Technical direction across syncOS - Own the coherent direction between fleet manager, integrator and integration modules. Run arbitration on cross collaboration efforts.

• Integration module development - Own the progress against integration module count and as reusable architecture

• Release quality - Changes across syncOS meets the acceptance criteria.

• Individual Contribution - Own outcome of algorithm enhancement in the fleet manager and integrator layers

Required Skillsets

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, test lifecycle, and quality assurance practices.
• Experience translating system requirements into structured test cases and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with simulation-based testing (SiL /HiL) or complex system testing.
• Familiarity with robotics or distributed systems concepts such as sensors, networking, real-time systems, and fault tolerance.
• Experience with automation scripting (Python preferred)and building test tools/frameworks.
• Understanding of performance, reliability, and stresstesting methodologies.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and testautomation infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root-cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
