Job Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day talent and workforce operations across assigned accounts.
- Coordinate recruitment, candidate management and manpower-related activities.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and deployed personnel.
- Liaise with clients, recruitment partners and internal stakeholders on staffing and operational matters.
- Support employee engagement, welfare and workforce-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on staffing and workforce matters.
- Provide administrative and operational support for contracts, documentation and related processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or related disciplines.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations, workforce management, staffing or manpower services.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, service-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the government or professional services sector will be an advantage.
