Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the company.
• Manage incoming calls, route enquiries to the relevant departments, and take messages where necessary.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries, and coordinate outgoing shipments when required.
• Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
