Kerja Sepenuh Masa, SENIOR QAQC ENGINEER (MECHANICAL - ELECTRICAL) di Zhongshi Chemical Engineering Construction Kedah - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and inspection checklists for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.

• Conduct inspections and ensure all M&E installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.

• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams on QA/QC activities, inspections, testing, and approvals.

• Review and verify material inspections, mock-up inspections, testing and commissioning (T&C) activities, and quality documentation.

• Monitor site quality performance and ensure all M&E works are executed in compliance with project quality requirements.

• Prepare, maintain, and submit QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, test reports, material approvals, and as-built quality records.

• Ensure all quality documentation is properly compiled and completed for project handover to the client.

• Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for industrial, commercial, or construction projects.

• Experience in semiconductor, factory, or industrial construction projects will be an added advantage.

• Experience in testing & commissioning (T&C) activities is preferred.

• Able to join immediately or within short notice is preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, material inspections, and quality documentation for M&E works.

• Familiar with international and local standards, codes, and regulations related to Mechanical & Electrical installations.

• Experience in managing NCRs, corrective actions, and quality improvement processes.

• Good understanding of testing & commissioning (T&C) procedures for M&E systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, site-based environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM (Revit MEP) will be an added advantage.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
