We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at The Nation Eatery.

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.

• Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing sauces.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

• Ensure food is prepared fresh and served in a timely manner.

• Assist senior chefs during busy service periods.

• Follow food safety and kitchen safety procedures.

• Basic kitchen or cooking experience is an advantage.

• Passion for food and learning in the kitchen.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and positive attitude.

• Able to work weekends and public holidays if required.
