• Key Role: Leads quality assurance and quality control processes specifically for MEP installations on a data centre construction project managed by the main contractor.

2. Assistant QAQC Manager

• Location: Penang, Malaysia

• Company Type: Property/Real Estate Developer

• Key Role: Supports the QAQC Manager in driving quality standards and defect management across development projects directly on the developer side.

3. QAQC CSA

• Location: Johor, Malaysia

• Scope/System: Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA)

• Company Type: Data Centre Client / Owner

• Key Role: Serves as the client's direct quality inspector/engineer to oversee the main contractor's CSA works for a data centre development.
