Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software / System Engineering or Network or equivalent
Minimum 3-years of experience as network and security administrator and support role
Experience in Cloud technology, server administration, Windows/Linux administrator, desktop/laptop computer support, and project management will be an added advantage
Ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within approved scope, schedule, and budget while working closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients. Capable of reviewing engineering deliverables, technical documents, and drawings, monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and preparing status reports.
Experienced in supporting procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material follow-up, as well as identifying and resolving technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle. Knowledge of company standards, HSE requirements, and industry regulations, with the ability to coordinate site activities, support construction and installation works, maintain accurate project documentation, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and ensure timely follow-up of action items.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, reporting officers, and stakeholders.
Adapts to flexible shifts and locations, works extended hours, travels long distances, and adjusts to changing work schedules based on operational needs and exigencies.
It may require to reside or be based at customer premises for extended periods to provide effective support and ensure optimal service delivery.
