Responsible for supporting & training in POS system hardware & software. Maintenance and troubleshooting of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), POS hardware, software, and related data communications links. Assists in the implementation and development of LAN/WAN, POS solutions and creates documentation, standards and procedures to support those systems. Works with Agency representatives to troubleshoot and maintain data/voice communication and connectivity solutions. This position provides online & on-site installation, maintenance and troubleshooting efforts for POS systems nationwide.
