Responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.
Candidate must possess at least a diploma in ID, architecture, engineering and science related discipline with 3 years working experience in ID, architecture field or furniture manufacturing field. Preferably with contractor and manufacturing background.
Technical proficiency in CAD software is a pre-requisite and must have knowledge in AutoCad, 3D, Solid Work, Sketch- Up, Catia, DraftSight.
Proficient in Microsoft Office would be added advantage.
Site working experience for ID retail and IT- out, experience in interior design and furniture has added advantage.
Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a must as we need to deal with counterpart from China. Arabic has added advantage.
Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
