Edit short videos and create derivative content; extract highlight clips from short videos and repurpose them (editing/packaging/subtitling/pacing optimization) to enhance content appeal and dissemination efficiency; analyze viral short videos and competitor content to identify replicable growth models and content strategies, thereby improving overall campaign ROI;
Recruit and coordinate with overseas operations teams; develop marketing plans, track performance, manage budgets, and submit data reports;
Possess a product-oriented mindset, stay informed about industry and competitor trends, and be capable of providing valuable recommendations on user conversion and related areas;
