Edit short videos and create derivative content; extract highlight clips from short videos and repurpose them (editing/packaging/subtitling/pacing optimization) to enhance content appeal and dissemination efficiency; analyze viral short videos and competitor content to identify replicable growth models and content strategies, thereby improving overall campaign ROI;
Recruit and coordinate with overseas operations teams; develop marketing plans, track performance, manage budgets, and submit data reports;
Possess a product-oriented mindset, stay informed about industry and competitor trends, and be capable of providing valuable recommendations on user conversion and related areas;
Industry Standards: Basic understanding or prior experience with ISO documentation, audits, and compliance is highly preferred.
Quality & Inventory: Familiarity with inventory control systems and preparing quality-related documents like Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Product Data Sheets.
Leadership & Organization: Strong ability to plan, allocate, and manage manpower effectively on the production floor.
