Internship - Restaurant Trainee

(Elaun Bulanan RM1,200 sehingga RM1,400)

Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in related field - F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality and etc.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to undergo ‘On Job Training’ on shift rotation and weekends.
Minimum 3 months internship or ‘On Job Training’.

Responsibilities:

Expose to McDonald’s working systems and culture.
Build pride and engagement in our employee to deliver outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSC&V).
Grow to be a competent and capable future manager

Internship - Guest Experience Leader

(Elaun Bulanan RM1,200 hingga RM1,400 sebulan)

Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in related field - F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality and etc.

Able to undergo ‘On Job Training’ on shift rotation and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Hospitality Ambassador in the restaurant focused on delivering exceptional in-store experience at all times. Guest Experience Leaders interact with Guest at every stage of Guest Journey (Approach, Order/Pay, Collect, Stay and Leave)

1. Guest Experience & Hospitality

Be visible at the lobby area as a point of contact for guests.
Provide personalized, authentic greeting and farewell to guests entering the restaurant. Open the door, when possible.
Pay special attention to the family with kids and consistently provide mini cone / PDP to all kids.
Pay special attention to disabilities guests in need.
Stay informed and shares restaurants promotions and special offers with guests.
Engage guests ordering using the Self-Order Kiosks and can capably troubleshoot common issues.
and any related task

2. Sales Building

I. Supports all Family Marketing activities:

Birthday Party Program.
Monitors all party bookings and confirmation
Monitors all-party stocks and order when needed
Creates awareness of parties through in-store POP ( eg: Pop-Up standee, Bunting, Banner and Backdrop)
Maintains an updated database of all birthday parties.
Ronald McDonald Program or Happy Meal Activities Program.

II. Product Sampling (new products only).

III. Suggestive sell desserts in the lobby using Red Menu Book.

IV. Promotes and conducts the Open Doors Program for Schools.
