Acoustech Berhad (Company No. **6665-W) was incorporated on 18 October 1999 under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company. It became a company listed on Bursa Malaysia on 27 November 2001.

The principal business of Acoustech Berhad is investment holding whereas the principal activities of its subsidiaries include manufacture and assembly of speaker units, multi-media speaker systems and moulded plastic parts and property development.
