Founded as Airmas Development in 1986 in Butterworth, Penang, the company has made a significant contribution to shaping the residential landscape into what it is today. Since its inception, Airmas Group has grown and adapted in order to best meet core market demands. From a speculative building operation at inception, to plot-and-plan in the early 1990’s, Airmas Group has since specialized in market-driven residential property development, including land procurement, design, finance provision, the supervision of construction processes, marketing and sales.
