We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and financial tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the company's financial records are accurate and compliant with all applicable regulations.

Account & Finance Executive Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Develop and maintain management accounting reports, including cost analysis, budget variance analysis, and performance metrics
Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial goals
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments
Reconcile bank statements
Ensure accurate recording of banking transactions and monitor cash balances.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities as needed.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation, explanations, and reconciliations as requested.
Advise management on financial matters

Account Executive Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
