Al Isra Associates Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 25th of September 2006 27 Rejab 1427 Hijrah by 3 Unit Managers after they were promoted on 1st January 2006. The Unit Managers are Tuan Haji Fadzli Mat Noor and Tuan Haji Othman Shaharum from Damansara Intan office and Tuan Haji Rosli Yaacob from Kota Bharu office.

Tuan Haji Fadzli became the founder of the company as he took the initiative to form the company and selected the name on the Isra’ Mikraj day. Al Isra’ later was promoted as a “brand” in conducting the insurance business. Al Isra’ in Arabic was greatly remembered as “a sacred journey by the prophet p.b.u.h.”. Al Isra’ is also found a suitable and meaningful word for a person to remember that a life that he or she is going through is rather a journey.

At Al Isra’, it envisaged that all personnel will practice their business according to Islamic jurisprudence and principles in their daily life.

The first operating office was located at Level 17, Block A of Damansara Intan e-business Park, Section 17 of Petaling Jaya and the first branch located at Tingkat 1 of Kota Bharu Prudential Office. Later in 2007, Al Isra’ was selected to be relocated to the new Prudential Corporate Office at Level 7, Tower 3 of Jaya 33, Section 13, Jalan Semangat of Petaling Jaya.
