Alam-Swiber Offshore (M) Sdn Bhd is established in 2009 as a joint venture company between two highly reputable companies in the Oil and Gas industry, Alam Maritim Resources Bhd and Swiber Holdings Ltd. Alam Maritim Resources Bhd is a Malaysian public listed company with a fleet of marine vessels in providing services for the oil and gas industries in South East Asia and the Middle East. Swiber Holdings Ltd is a Singapore public listed company with a fleet of highly advanced marine vessels operating all over the world.

Within a short span of time since its establishments, Alam Swiber Offshore (M) Sdn Bhd has proven its capability in carrying out Projects in Malaysia safely, on time, within budget and with the highest quality. The Projects undertaken consisting of;

1. Offshore pipeline and heavy lift facilities transportation and installation,

2. Shore approach and onshore pipeline installation and;
