These integrated systems are managed by Venuemaster, the market leader in venue management software which has been written in visual basic for a Windows NT environment and uses SQL server database which will provide a central source of customer data ticketing, membership, sales and marketing. The sophisticated yet durable system allows both barcode encoded day passes as well as season passes to be purchased online in advance or on event days with access to ticket holders at automated entry turnstiles.The ticketing and computerised system is linked by a fibre optic network to a mainframe and is updated in real time as each ticket which is purchased provides instant feedback to the organiser allowing efficient ticket sales and ensure tight security at all times.
