The project engagement has raised from a few hundred thousand to multi-millions of dollars. It has been graded as an A1 contractor by Building & Construction Authority of Singapore, BCA's construction workhead.

To further the business growth, Amerald Land was formed in 2009; wholly owned by Precise Development, to provide the market-leading new homes where people would want to live and invest in.
