Amin-Tan & Co was established in August 1986. Our Managing Partner is Dato' Mohamad Amin Bin Md Hashim (LLB Hond University of Malaya) & M.A. Business Management Leeds University 1976 with 33 years experience and attached to Bank Negara Malaysia from Apr 1976 till September 1983.

Since our establishment, the major bulk of our work has been in corporate and banking matters, conveyancing and civil litigation.

We have wide experience and knowledge in the various aspects of work relating to the preparation of loan, agreements and related documents of all types of loans and credit facilities including large corporate. We are confident that with the resources and experience we now have we will be in a strong position to provide quick and efficient legal services.
