Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Accounts cum Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves a combination of accounting responsibilities and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business. If you have a keen eye for numbers, organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse operational tasks, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity.

2. Operations Support:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational effectiveness.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.

4. Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries related to billing and account statements.
Work closely with the customer support team to resolve any financial or operational issues.

5. Vendor Management:

Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely payments and favorable terms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in both accounting and operations roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
