About the role

Ariss Integrated Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Chargeman A4 to join our team in Kijal, Terengganu. As a Chargeman A4, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment within our industrial facility. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation through your expertise in electrical engineering.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electrical installations, switchgear, and other equipment
Conducting routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems to identify and address any issues
Analysing electrical data and troubleshooting problems to implement effective solutions
Supervising and coordinating the work of electricians and other technical staff
Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations and industry standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new projects and initiatives
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to electrical systems and operations

What we're looking for

A valid Chargeman A4 Certificate or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector
Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining various electrical equipment, including switchgear, transformers, and motors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Thorough understanding of electrical safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
