Aroma Development Sdn Bhd (**8584-T) was established in Year 1995 with the intention of venturing into property development and construction works.We have successfully developed and managed more than 10 housing projects over past 15 years in the state of Penang. To date, we have successfully developed over thousand units of properties ranging from Condominium, Hotel, Commercial Lots, Business Centre, IKS (Industries Kecil dan Sederhana), Bungalow, shop office, shop houses, town houses, terrace houses (linked house) and other.All projects have been well planned with designs meet the needs and taste of all parties. Our projects are strategically located and have high potential gains for every property investors and owners.
