Arthur Lee & Company

The Firm was established in 1975 by Mr. Arthur Lee Meng Kwang.

Mr. Yap Siong Cheng chambered with and joined the Firm as a Legal Assistant in 1984 and became a partner of the Firm, three years later in 1987.

With the retirement of Mr. Arthur Lee Meng Kwang from active practice as from 1st January 1997, Mr. Yap Siong Cheng was at the helm of the Firm until joined by Miss Tay Bee Choo and Mr. Henry Kang Fang Hawe on 2nd. April 2001 when the law practices of BC Tay & Kang and Arthur Lee & Company merged under the practice of the Firm.
