Role & Responsibilities:

1) Manage full set of accounts for the company.

2) Keep track and ensure proper recording of all financial and accounting transactions.

3) Managing and monitoring stores’ cash collections, accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as in charged for all other necessary accruals, reversal and journal transactions posting in accounting systems.

5) Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents.

5) To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.

6) Providing support during audits and other financial reviews.

7) Ensure on-time submission duties assigned by HOD or Management.

8) Handle HR timesheet/attendance.

9) To verify monthly outlets’ petty cash and ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.

10) To maintain weekly cash books.

11) Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, tax &financial policies and procedures

12) Other duties and assignments as assigned by Superior as and when necessary.

Requirements:

1) Degree / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.

2) Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

3) Good working attitude and self-motivated.

4) Good command of written and spoken English.

5) Good organizational capabilities, meticulous and process strong analytical skills.

6) A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

7) Able to start work immediately or short notice.

8) Exposure to local accounting standards and taxation law is essential.

9) Experience with accounting software (i.e. Autocount) will be an added advantage.

10) Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
