Our Story began with humble beginnings in 2010 with only One Product, One Branch, One Sales Staff, One Collection Staff, One Service Staff and One Administration Staff. We started our operation in Johor Bharu, doing door-to-door sales, offering Free Trials to customers for our only product, the Point of Entry (POE) Water Filter.

We believe that the journey to success will always start with the first step, thus the number 1 is the key-start for our journey. And to be successful, we have to promote, encourage and instill healthier way of life for all. And healthy life will always start with healthy water as the saying goes “Water is for Life”.

So, the combination of the 1st.step to success and living a healthy life brings about our brand name, “ ONEWATER”. With all of us sharing all the available water in the world , we can grow together to be “ONE WORLD” of “ONEWATER”.

Today, we have strong work force of 8 branches with teams of Sales Staffs, teams of Service Technicians, teams of Collection Staffs and efficient administration. We have also expanded our business with 4 models of POE and more than 10 models of Point of Use Water Filter (POU). Lately, we have also ventured into new product of Air Purifiers. We are prepared to go to the distance, to go beyond expectation and to strive to be excellent. We will “Always Be Better”.
