We are the subsidiary of a Hong Kong investment company having management office in Johor Bahru.  The setup of this management company is to provide variety of services to support the Group's overseas operational activities including project development.  Key management functions include Recruitment, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Financial and Management Information System.

Our operational areas are in Africa, South East Asia, Papua New Guinea and China.  Presently our core business is logging operation with ultimate aim to develop into an intergrated timber and plantation based company.

Our mission is to maintain sustainable development through logging operation, convert clan land for agriculture and plantation thereby generating long term growth for the communities with intention to establish land ownership.  In technical aspect, to set up bio-based power generation facilities through the use of waste from saw mill end products and use of off-cut branches from logging activities.

The ultimate aim is to generate wealth through use of natural resources without causing severe impact on environment, thereby establishing long term sustainable development for the well-being of human.
