The Aspen Group’s Asia-Pacific presence was extended to include an office in Selangor, where Aspen Malaysia began trading on 1 July 2013. In Malaysia, this business unit’s focus is on marketing existing leading originator brands and extending their sales into the private sector. It’s initial product range included Zyloric, Oroxine, Trandate, Lanoxin, Imuran, Alkeran, Leukeran, Myleran and Lanvis. with ongoing focus and product line extension taking place to meet the needs of the Malaysian citizens. More recently the product range was extended to include Arixtra, an anticoagulant indicated for cardiology and orthopedic treatments thereby enhancing Aspen Malaysia’s therapeutic basket which presently comprises cardiovascular, endocrine and metabolic, immunosuppressant and oncology therapeutic products.
