The ASTRA group was established in 2005, a company involved primarily in the sales and marketing of automotive and industrial batteries in Malaysia. Today, ASTRA Group, which comprises of Astra Simfoni Sdn. Bhd., Astra Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. and Green Initiative Sdn. Bhd., is poised to become the first and only battery-centric company in Malaysia focusing on the manufacturing, sales, marketing, batteries waste management as well as research and development in green battery technology.
Astra Group has differentiated itself from other similar organisations by expanding its core business from a merely supplying parts to delivering value-added services dedicated towards providing sustainable power solutions to its clients.
