Athi Seelan Mahathir & Partners was established in February 2005 under the name and style of Athi Seelan. In June 2009 the firm Changed its name to Athi Seelan Mahathir & Partners and has its principal office in Kuala Lumpur and a branch office in Ipoh.

The partners of the firm, Mr. S.Athithen, S.Navaseelan anr Mr. Mahathir Abdullah have collective practice experience in excess of 60 years covering a wide spectrum of litigation and other forms of dispute resolution including mediation services.

We are a litigation based firm with partcular emphasis on insurance litigation.
