Tentang AWANA PURI MANAGEMENT CORPORATION

Awana Puri Management Corporation manages 3 blocks of condominiums totalling over three hundred units.  Awana Puri Condominiums is situated at  No.2, Jalan 15/119, Taman Mutiara Barat, Cheras, *6000 Kuala Lumpur. 

 

The Office maintains and service the generator set, MCB units, water pumps and all electrical and motor equipments. The Office also manages the security, clealiness, elevators, etc.. towards a smooth operation of the whole condominium. We also manage the swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts, badminton courts, BBQ area, gymnasium, landscaping and sewerage system.

 

We are looking for self-motivated, passionate and dynamic individual for the position of qualified electrician to :-

 

1) handle electrical survelliance and maintenance work in and around the building.;

2) also to ensure all safety regulations are adhered to. 

3) conduct and oversee regular services / restoration works when necessary;

4) schedule / oversee regular inspections and servicing to ensure good working condition of all equipments,

5) perform other duties from the norm as requested by Building Manager';

6) able to communicate with residents of condominium efficiently;

7) applicants preferably Malaysian male age 25-45;

8) working hours 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (Monday-Friday), 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. (Saturday);

9) must be willing to work in Cheras and have valid vehicle or motor licence; and

10) must have own transportation to and fro work place.

11) accept expected salary between RM1,800 to RM2,500 depending on qualifications and experience.

 

Qualified applicants will undergo 3- 6 months probation after which salary will be revised base on performance rendered.  Insurance and other allowances will be provided after successful confirmation. Efficient employee shall be awarded well.
