In 1980s, Chan Seng Watch had emerged a revolution that leads to the establishment of AMERICA WATCH. At the same time, Callie liow, elder daughter of Mr Liow, was appointed as the Director of the company. Under the skilled direction of Callie Liow and Liow Chan Hoong, younger brother of Callie had managed to penetrate into the market. Through the continuous program of market research, AMERICA WATCH expands its business venture in strategically location in Klang Valley, IOI Mall, Mid Valley City and Pavilion since 1990s.
