Palazio Serviced Apartments consist of 6 blocks of Apartments Buildings with a total number of units about 1800 units and comprises various clubhouse facilities for example Multi- function room, Shops & Minimart, Laundry, Gymnasium, Games Room, Café, Sauna & Steam Bath, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Swimming Pool, Wading Pool, Children Playground & etc. Badan Pengurusan Bersama Palazio Serviced Apartments (Joint Management Body – JMB) is formed on 1st March 2014 under AKTA BANGUNAN DAN HARTA BERSAMA Subseksyen 7(2) (MBJB: JMB 0086) with the aim to manage and maintain the common property and working towards the objective of providing the residents in Palazio Serviced Apartments a better living environment and quality lifestyle.
