Chemonics International, a Washington D.C.-based international development firm, seeks experienced chief of party candidates for USAID’s request for proposals for the Vietnam Clean Energy Program. Based in Hanoi, this 5-year program will support clean energy development in Vietnam as a key part of comprehensive efforts to promote low carbon economic development. The p rogram will support the Government of Vietnam for the design of its Low Emission Development Strategy and support increased use of renewable energy technologies and energy efficient practices.
