Since joining Children House Ipoh, I have learned and grown so much throughout my journey here. Children House provides proper guidance and continuous support to teachers. We have weekly training conducted by our Assistant Principal, as well as training sessions held twice a year at the headquarters. The school also continuously improves its lesson plans according to the latest requirements and developments in education. During my time here, I was given the opportunity to grow and take on the role of Head of Department. This experience has helped me to develop not only my leadership skills but also my time management and organisational skills. Although the journey has been challenging at times, seeing the results of my hard work and the progress of the team makes me feel truly proud. I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences that Children House has given me throughout my career journey.
