Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage full set of management accounts for multiple clients.
Process and monitor payments, invoices, journal vouchers, and staff reimbursements.
Maintain accurate financial reports and organized documentation.
Ensure timely tax submissions and compliance with accounting standards.
Perform account reconciliation and validate financial transactions.
Collaborate with team members on audits and internal process improvements.
Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
Stay current with accounting best practices and tax regulations.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of accounting experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (knowledge of cloud systems is a bonus).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of taxation and SST is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
