The company is excellent, with a diverse workforce representing various cultures and races. The management follows strict company policies and procedures. Unfortunately, contractual employees are not able to attend the annual company dinner as they are not directly hired. The most challenging aspect of the job is not receiving the same benefits as directly hired employees, despite both groups performing the same job and workload.
