Manages the daily flow of incoming and outgoing emails, working closely with staff members to address urgent matters promptly. Saves incoming and outgoing emails to the computer hard drive and creates backups. Requests cooperation from Architects to allow sufficient time for tasks such as typing letters, meeting minutes, and submitting documents. Handles the collection and distribution of project documents after review by the Site Officer or relevant person in charge. Gathers project documents from Architects' offices for filing, sorts and files correspondence, and labels and organizes project files. Provides support in answering phones when the Receptionist is absent.
