During my internship, I spent most of my time at the project site and only went to the office for report writing. Throughout this experience, I gained valuable insights into leadership, project management, and the importance of time management for meeting deadlines. I also learned how to make independent decisions on site projects. The workplace had a relaxed atmosphere, with everyone getting along well. The most challenging aspect of the job was having to juggle multiple tasks in a day and making decisions outside of my expertise. However, I found the flexible working hours to be the most enjoyable part of the job.
