My daily tasks include reviewing JSAs for third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with PTW, inspecting third-party equipment on the rig, conducting tool box talks, investigating incidents/accidents, and assisting the Lead Drilling Supervisor with safety matters. The management team is dedicated to working safely and meeting targets without compromising safety. The most challenging aspect of my job is getting third-party contractor management to ensure their crew complies with ExxonMobil's requirements. The most enjoyable part is gaining exposure to the drilling and completion processes by reviewing and revising JSAs before each operation phase.
