FIC INTEGRATED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD (FIC IPM), is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a subsidiary of Felda Investment Corporation (FIC). With a primary role of infrastructure development, management and engineering services for projects undertaken by the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA), the government entity responsible for land and relocation development. FELDA’s objective is to eradicate poverty among settlers and to enhance the socio-economic and quality of life which bridges the gap between urban and suburban areas.

In addition to the main divisions, FIC IPM also acts as FELDA’s trusted consultant in the infrastructure development industry in managing, developing and providing advisory services for all projects undertaken by FELDA Group including GLCs, state government agencies and private sectors.

FIC IPM has built its foundation based on strategies, values, integrity and commitment which focuses primarily on delivering competitive and sustainable returns to its shareholders and investors alike.
