First Gourmet Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company incorporated in 2003 which started successful home grown brands such as Zaffron Kitchen, Prata Wala, Ottoman Kebab & Grill, Jai Ho and Delizio Catering Services.

To date Zaffron Kitchen, is a multi-award-winning cosmopolitan style restaurant with two outlets featuring an excellent mix of North, South and local Indian favourites which recently won World Gourmet Summit’s Asian Restaurant of The Year 2015 (Meiko), while Prata Wala is a modernised local fast food chain.
