Typically, foodpanda riders select their shifts a week in advance. They can choose to work a minimum of 3 hours per day and a maximum of 12 hours per day. If a rider is unable to work due to a medical reason and provides a letter from a clinic or hospital, their shift will be forfeited and made available to other riders.
