I am fortunate to have a wonderful supervisor who has taught me about quality management systems, specifically ISO9001, with a focus on gas turbine refurbishments. The management team is excellent, approachable, and regularly organizes enjoyable sports events for all staff, including interns. My colleagues are friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. The most challenging aspect of the job was learning about a new field unrelated to my background in electrical and electronics engineering. However, the most rewarding part of the job was gaining valuable experience and feeling a sense of accomplishment when successfully completing assigned projects.
