GetActive is a Personal Fitness Training company that specializes in Personalized Training. We have a very well equipped and private facility located at Solaris Mont Kiara. Our clients train with the best equipment in absolute comfort. There's no waiting for machines or overcrowding of the sort. There is no gym membership here, thus clients cannot freely come and go but must have an appointment with their trainer. This allows us to monitor the number of people on the floor at any one time.

Since we respect our client’s time and privacy, we also train our clients outdoors, at their homes or in their condominium gym. We understand that our clients would like the option of training at their convenient location.

All GetActive’s trainers are internationally certified with the American Council on Exercise. To upkeep this certification, it is mandatory that our trainers take courses to keep themselves abreast with the latest techniques and also to learn new areas of expertise. We have the experience, skills and knowledge to train a wide variety of clients from 14 years old to 80 years old. We have clients with different needs, such as losing weight, gaining muscle, rehabilitation from an injury or simply to train with someone who understands their condition for example diabetics.

Whatever your goal is, we will design a programme to achieve it. First we'll take you through a fitness assessment to establish your current fitness level, and a set of questionnaires which will give us a comprehensive understanding of your current health condition and to get to know you better. No two programmes are the same as each individual has a different goal. Your programme constantly changes to make it fun, challenging and motivational. We do an interim assessment to make sure we're on the right track to achieving your results. We also have a dietitian on board that will give you advise on how you can improve your health with your food choices.
