Hannah is the Talent Acquisition Lead at HBL, where her role has expanded from focusing on UK sites to supporting recruitment needs across Europe. She manages the end-to-end hiring process for different countries, working closely with managers to understand staffing needs. She also creates appealing adverts to attract the right candidates, shortlisting, interviewing and guiding applicants through to onboarding. Beyond recruitment, Hannah also assists in training managers on interview techniques, onboarding practices and utilising the internal systems available to streamline the hiring process. Hannah has brought innovation and fresh approaches to set us up for long-term success and aligned herself with many of the global territories to offer support with their recruitment. A true team player, Hannah’s enthusiasm and collaborative spirit has been an enabler of positive outcomes for colleagues, and she has quickly become such a valued part of the team.
