Hassan Yunos & Co. was established in 1967. The Senior Partner & Lawyer Hj. Hassan Mohd Yunos was called as Barrister-at-law of Lincoln’s Inn (1962) and has been in practice as an advocate & solicitor for 50 years.

The firm is involved in all discipline of legal practice. We are experienced in corporate matters, maritime and shipping law, banking and finance, and has vast knowledge and experience in trade related document and dealing with foreign companies in obtaining the necessary licenses and other approval such as pioneer status , Incentive Tax Credit (ITC) with the various government agencies, MITI, MOF and others.

The firm has also handled Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution as well as criminal as civil matters, property and conveyancing.
