Job Summary

The Consultant Operations Coordinator (COC) ensures that every consultant’s lifecycle is processed accurately in Xemplo — from onboarding documentation to payroll cutoBs, assignment changes, and system workflows. This role is the operational brainstem of delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities & Functions

Xemplo System Execution

Input new consultant data, pay details, contract start/end

Track and update assignment extensions, terminations, rate changes

Ensure proper assignment linkage to client, PO, and billing profile

Payroll Input Preparation

Extract approved timesheets

Compile prorated salaries, unpaid leave, and claim details

Review system-calculated payroll and flag discrepancies to Finance

Document & Compliance Management

Check consultant documents for completeness (IDs, contracts, forms)

Follow up on missing items with CEL or KAM

Maintain audit-ready digital records

Offboarding Trigger & Data Closure

Terminate assignments in Xemplo

Freeze payroll, generate stop notices for invoicing and Finance

Archive records for ex-consultants

Inter-Department Coordination

Notify CEL when onboarding/oBboarding steps are blocked

Coordinate with KAM if PO or billing information is missing

Work with Xemplo support if automations fail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
