We are a niche property developer focus on identifying, sourcing and developing smaller scale high end residential property projects at strategic locations in the Klang Valley area.  The Company was formed by a group of experienced and successful entrepreneurs involved in the civil construction sectors constructing various residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and also educational buildings in Malaysia. Coupled with the experience and skills of its Directors in property development, construction and also engineering, the Company is well positioned to grow rapidly and successfully in the Klang Valley in the near future.

 

The Company is backed by financilally sound shareholders and Directors and all of its land bank are purchased without any bank borrowings. It is launching its condominium project in KL and has commenced construction of the building without any bridging finance.

We are a niche developer in high end condominium with lifestyle concepts like roof top garden, hyper dining room for functions, landscape gardens, multi level security etc. All our land banks are in strategic locations in KL.
